Who I am
I'm a digital transformation specialist with over three decades of experience across technology strategy, systems implementation, web development, project management, and content design. I've operated at board level, led complex technology programmes, and built digital products from the ground up.
In recent years I've focused on the charity and social enterprise sector, organisations doing vital work, often with limited resources and without access to the senior technology leadership they need. That's the gap Digital Chorus exists to fill.

Booking & Administration System Transformation: Entertainment Venue A busy leisure and entertainment venue was operating on outdated, fragmented systems that were creating significant administrative burden and limiting their ability to scale. I was brought in to lead the procurement and implementation of a new integrated booking and administration platform.
My approach centred on producing detailed documentation and user stories before approaching any supplier — ensuring we could go to market with a fixed-price requirement rather than an open-ended brief. This discipline in specification translated directly into supplier accountability and budget certainty. Through focused negotiation, I secured a 15% reduction on the initial supplier quote, delivering meaningful savings without compromising on scope. The project was delivered on time and to specification.
Systems Overhaul — Community Sports Club: A small but growing community sports club needed to replace its manual administration and booking processes with a modern, fit-for-purpose system. Working closely with the club's leadership, I developed a full requirements specification and managed the end-to-end supplier selection process.
As with all my engagements, the priority was value for money and delivery certainty. I negotiated a competitive fixed-price contract and remained actively involved throughout implementation — coordinating between the supplier and the club's team, managing the project timeline, and ensuring the final system met every requirement.
